To reserve a place for your child you are required to pay a non-refundable fee of $100 per session. This fee is apart of the camp fees. Reserving a space prevents other youths from enrolling if the session is at full capacity.

We know plans can change sometimes. That is why we offer a flexible and reasonable refund policy.

If you cancel a registration prior to January 31st you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel between February 1st and March 31st you will receive a 50% refund.

No camp fees will be refunded after April 1st.

However, any fees for early or late pickup or lunch will be refunded.
